Is There Tape of Charlie Sheen's NYC Rampage?

An anonymous source told Radar Online today that Charlie Sheen "has been partying in Los Angeles, using massive amounts of cocaine while getting together with several hookers."

While we can't verify whether or not this is what the actor has been up to since his alleged drug-fueled outburst in New York last week, Sheen's people are afraid the public soon will be able to see those actions for themselves.

"Team Charlie is terrified that tape exists and [they're] doing everything they possibly can to make sure it never sees the light," a source tells Pop Eater "Security cameras at the restaurant and hotel could have all caught his outrageous behavior."

While it may be easy enough for reps to negotiate a deal with the hotel and the restaurant where Sheen reportedly caked his face in cocaine, there's one accessory that gives them nightmares: his misplaced cell phone.

"It contains text messages, phone numbers and could even contain damaging video and audio," an insider says. "If any audio surfaces of Charlie using the N-word or ranting like Mel Gibson, everything changes. It's easy for CBS to turn a blind eye and carry on as if nothing happened at the moment, but the second hard evidence is produced, Charlie is sunk."

Capri Anderson Plans Lawsuit Against Charlie Sheen

For a change, Capri Anderson is set on not taking something lying down.

Sources tell TMZ that the call girl is planning to sue Charlie Sheen for his actions in a New York City Hotel room this week.

It's unclear what the specific charges will be, but Anderson has made it known she felt as if her life was in danger when Sheen flipped out and threw furniture all over the place. She locked herself in a bathroom and phoned hotel security as a result.

Law enforcement officials say they don't plan to take any action against the actor, but Capri is supposedly owed $12,000 and sees this as a chance to strike it rich. It makes sense for her, too.

As someone that makes a living without any clothes on, why not sue the pants off someone?

Brooke Mueller on Charlie Sheen: What a Survivor!

Sadly, it will take more than an alleged beating and the cocaine-fueled destruction of a hotel room for Brooke Mueller to stop believing in Charlie Sheen.

Asked by Extra about the latest drunken escapade of her husband, Mueller said: "Charlie is a Survivor. He knows how to handle himself."

If Brooke means Sheen has literally survived through today, we cannot argue with that point.

Like Sheen, who blamed the media for making a big deal out of nothing this week, Mueller seemed to downplay the incident at the Plaza hotel early Tuesday morning, saying:

"You know how things get blown out of proportion."
